Kent will be discussing his experience educating suppliers about the benefits of being able to track and identify parts, as well as how to update your processes in order to avoid the common problems resulting from having no traceability systems in place.nnrn

Many times a conveyor with a fixed width is all that is required in an application. When customers have a variety of different product widths they are typically able to handle them on a single conveyor, often with adjustable rails that capture the varying widths.nnnnrn

Often times the need to mount fixtures or parts nests directly to the conveyor in order to ensure accurate placement and indexing arises. This is generally done using our timing belt series conveyors, however, when a more rugged solution is required our chain conveyors (KTF-P 2010) are the perfect fit. Ideally situated for use in automotive and metal working applications, the KTF-P 2010 attachment conveyors feature a half-inch pitch chain.nnnnrn
