The LCP-10/ LCM4 Handheld Automatic Screwdriving System shown below is designed to substantially boost the productivity of your operators while inserting a screw for part assembly to a specific and repeatable torque. This automatic blowfed handheld screwdriving tool is a lightweight device for rapidly installing fasteners. The operator simply pushes down on the tool and the bit advances forward to install the fastener. rnrn

rnrnThe Weber LCP-10 handheld tool has a telescoping internal screwdriver bit. This means the operator gently pushes down on the tool to advance the bit thru the screw aligning jaws and engages the air motor to drive the screw into the part. When the screw reaches the specified torque the shut-off clutch in the air motor turns the motor off. The operator releases the gentle pressure and allows the gun to return to a home position and the next screw is feed. This allows fast efficient increases in productivity with no learning curve. The system does the majority of the work for the operator, reducing the effort required.rnrnThe LCM4 screwfeed system utilizes the latest in material and controls advances to give you the fastest, most reliable feeder available. The Polycast bowl offers quiet and extremely durable operation comparable with stainless steel longevity with less than half the noise.
