nnrnnnCatalog #: CJ0199-1A-UST-1-1013nnrnnnIntroducing a Direct Drive motor achieving high cost-performance — a rotary actuator that directly drives a rotary table with a motor without using any speed reducing mechanism such as a belt or reduction gears. Eliminating the speed reducing mechanism translates to high speed and excellent response, while the compact actuator lets you reduce the size of your equipment.nnrnnnClick to download the PDF Catalog.nnrnnnNote: This catalog release is the PDF version only at this point. nnrn

Mecco Marking & Traceability Seminar nnrn

rn

rnnnrnnnMecco Marking and Traceability and Freedom Technologies are hosting a free seminar on product marking, identification and traceability.nnnnJoin us on May 23 for a hands-on training and informational session featuring guest speaker Kent Fahrion, a buyer in the auto industry who has worked with suppliers over the past thirteen years to improve their processes. Kent will be discussing his experience educating suppliers about the benefits of being able to track and identify parts, as well as how to update your processes in order to avoid the common problems resulting from having no traceability systems in place.nnrn

nnrn

You can expect to learn:nnrn

– How to use traceability data to help error-proof your processes & create comprehensive manufacturing records

nnnnrn

– Identifying challenges of marking your parts and how to choose the appropriate technology

nnnnrn

– How to integrate traceability solutions into your existing production line

nnnnrn

We will demonstrate laser and dot peen marking systems and code verification/reading systems, and you’re invited to bring some of your own parts for test marking at the event!nnrn

mk QuickDesignernnnnrn

The new “mk QuickDesigner” software reduces engineering and order processing times by up to 80%. The use of “mk QuickDesigner” conveniently does not require CAD design software or even an in-depth CAD knowledge. The program is a user-friendly way to start the design project, fitted to the unique needs of your application.nnrn

rn

nn“mk QuickDesigner” is a state-of-the-art and standalone pricing, planning and design tool for the easy and fast creation of perimeter guards made with mk Aluminum Framing Systems.nn

rn

An easy to use 3D interface allows the quick design of a custom guard either by creating a 2D outline which the “mk QuickDesigner” uses to automatically create a 3D perimeter guard or by allowing the user to build and configure one panel at a time directly in a 3D environment.

rn

“mk QuickDesigner” creates many advantages for the user, including:nnrnnnnn

– Drastic reduction of engineering and design timenn

nnnnrnnnnn

- Easier, faster and more accurate order processing

nnnnrnnnnn

- Automatic generation of cost estimates for parts, a detailed parts list, cut list, bill of - materials list and weight estimates

nnnnrn

- Reduced material costs by use of standardized componentsnn

nnnnrn
